Every adult (18+) who will live in the home submits their own application.
Complete TransUnion screening

You'll get an email from TransUnion SmartMove to verify your identity and authorize your credit, criminal background and eviction check. The $49 screening fee is paid directly to TransUnion.
Get approved & register

We review applications in the order received, usually within 2–3 business days. Once you're approved, we email you a link to set up your tenant portal.

A card to pay the $49 TransUnion screening fee (non-refundable)

Your sensitive information goes only to TransUnion. Your Social Security number, date of birth and payment details are entered on TransUnion's secure site, never on ours. Checking your own report this way is a "soft" inquiry and won't lower your credit score.
